Welcome to the home of the Association of American Hockey League Booster Clubs!!!
Every year in September, the Association of American Hockey League Booster Clubs holds a convention where member booster clubs support each other by sharing information on successes throughout the past season and looking forward to the new season ahead.
The Association held its first convention back in 1965 in Bedford, Pennsylvania.
Hosted by a current AHL city (or former city) each year, the convention has ballooned in attendance with over 225 in attendance at the 50th convention held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 2014.
Convention is always the weekend after Labor Day.
On Friday, the day is filled with activity. Side trips are planned to explore the local area, an executive meeting, a buffet dinner in the evening, followed by a costume party (within the selected theme), dancing and socializing in the hospitality room. On Saturday, a breakfast buffet is enjoyed by all, booster club sale tables, a general membership meeting, more side trips, a sit-down meal, and socializing in the hospitality room. Before heading home on Sunday, participants are treated to another breakfast buffet.

a. To promote better understanding between Booster Clubs and the AHL Organizations.
b. To Compare and attempt to alleviate problems confronting each individual Booster Club.
c. To act as a social organizationfor Booster Club members.
