The above file is a club directory of all AHL Booster Clubs.
Constitution & Bylaws
The above file is contains the AAHLBC's constitution and by laws as
revised and approved at the 2006 convention in Philadelphia.
Convention Contact Form
The above form should be completed and sent to the email address
on the form.  This will insure that future information will be sent to the
proper people.  Please include your AHL team’s phone number and (if
known) a contact for group tickets.  Form will be updated as needed.
Convention Registration Form
The above form is to be completed for EACH ROOM.  Please remind
attendees to accurately complete the ROOM INFORMATION block in
the upper right corner, as well as, circling their day of arrival.  The day
of arrival is very important to coordinate room holds and hospitality at
the hotel.  Also, there are a very limited amount of standard
handicapped rooms available, so we ask that only those who need
these room types request them.  They will be assigned on a first
received and required basis.  If you request a handicapped room and
one cannot be provided, you will receive a phone call.  Each booster
club must make three copies.  One to mail to the Treasurer, one to
mail to the Convention Chair and a third to keep as a reference.
Convention Shirt & Pin Order Form - COMING SOON
The above form should be completed and sent to the treasurer by the
deadline listed on the form, if you would like to order shirts or pins.
Convention Side Trips - COMING SOON
The above form is a list of side trips for this year's convention.  Please
fill out the form and return the completed to the address list in the form.
Convention Deposit List
The above form is to be filled out once all club convention deposits are
collected.  Mail this form and a check matching the total amount as
instructed on the form.
Convention Final Payment List
The above form is to be filled out once all club final convention
payments are collected.  Please follow form instructions.
Convention Hosting Order
The above file contains the order of which each booster club is
scheduled to host convention.  Please note:  File contains year each
club will host, but not all clubs will have the ability to host.  With that
said, a club could move up in the order from one to five years.  This file
will be updated as we confirm whether clubs will host for sure or not.
Officer Nomination Form
The above form should be completed by any member wishing to run
for office in the AAHLBC.  Follow the instructions on the form.
The 51st Annual Association of American Hockey League Booster Clubs Convention will be held at the
Desmond Hotel and Conference Center in Albany, New York. on September 10th – 13th, 2015, co-hosted
by the Utica Devils Booster Club and the Albany Devils Booster Club.

The cost for the convention is (US Funds):

Single -  $355 per person
Double -  $240 per person
Triple -  $210 per person
Quad -  $200 per person

The above prices are PER PERSON for the COMPLETE weekend including the evening meals on Friday
and Saturday and Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Extra nights are $114.00 (US) inclusive of taxes per room.  Early arrival discount rates are available for
Sept. 9th, 10th, 13th & 14th.  Arrangements for early arrival or late departure should be made directly with
the hotel.  Please call 1-800-448-3500 or 1-518-869-8100 (directly to the hotel) and ask for the rate code
“12A4SQ” for the preferred AAHLBC Convention rate for Wed/Thurs arrivals or Sun/Mon late departures.  
Deadline for early room reservations is August 10th, 2015.

EARLY ARRIVALS PAID BY THE INDIVIDUAL. THIS COST NOT INCLUDED WITH THE CONVENTION PRICE.

The hotel has a large ground parking lot, and there is no charge for bus or car parking.

A
NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $50 (US) per person is required.  Check with your booster club for your
club's exact deadline date for deposits and final payments.  These deadlines are very  important.  Please
abide by them.

Events will take place on September 11, 12 & 13 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).  Some people will arrive on
September 9 & 10 for extra time to explore the area, however, no special events are planned for those
dates.

LATE PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED THIS YEAR.  NO PAY, NO GO, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

ALL CANCELLATIONS MADE PRIOR TO AUGUST 1ST, 2015 WILL RECEIVE A REFUND.  NO REFUNDS
WILL BE MADE AFTER THAT DATE ACCORDING TO OUR BY-LAWS.  ANY REFUND WILL BE MINUS THE
$50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (EXECUTIVE BOARD DISCRETION ON SPECIAL CASES).

The weekend will be filled with hockey, side trips, socializing, guest speakers and lots of fun.  The theme
for the convention is “70's at the Disco" and will feature a dinner and dancing.

Side trips have not been finalized as of yet, but will be announce when they are set up.
